Nungu Business School has signed a strategic partnership, memorandum of understanding with Institut Supérieur Bilingue Libre du Togo LIBERAL BILINGUAL UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE SITUATES AT IBOMONU AVEPOZO, Lomé, Togo.

Under this agreement, Nungu Business School will be helping to screen, test and provide some level tutorial to the student who wish to pursue their Degree(s) program with our partner.

Details

The Institut Superieur Bilingue Libre du Togo (IBLT), located in Togo. Aims to become a citadel of knowledge based on the reflexes of research and professional training. IBLT is a degree-awarding university, accredited by the government of Togo, and cleared by relevant ministries and bodies in Nigeria. Nigerian graduates from IBLT are cleared to serve in the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) scheme.

IBLT was established to bridge the gap by provision of English speaking programmes. The University’s determination to respond to the need of the African market in the key sector of economic and social activities by training the necessary personnel irrespective of their basic language of instruction.

Under this partnership agreement, NBS will support IBLT with the needed technical infrastructure to hold classes virtually (synchronously and asynchronously) and deploying its superior learning Management System (LMS) as well as its Virtual Learning System (VLS) to support students’ learning.

NBS will also provide the platform for student registration, hence we will host admission form, screening of the students, hosting of pre-recorded class sessions, tutorials and submission of documents to the Institut Superieur Bilingue Libre du Togo. Because we are also connected to electronic payment gateways, students can pay their school fees electronically. They can also upload their academic details and attend live lectures online real time via our platform.

We are excited about this partnership between NBS and IBLT, and are desirous of making the learning experience worthwhile for students and learners across board. To strengthen this service, the Director of Academics at Nungu Business School has set up the complimentary structure that will drive this process under his office.

Application for admission into the following first degree programs is open to candidates who meet the admission requirements.

  3. Mass Communication
  4. Business Administration
  5. Accounting
  6. Marketing Management
  7. Human Resources Management
  8. Security Management and Counter terrorism
  9. Entrepreneurship Management

Candidates are expected to have a minimum of five (5) credits in O’ level examinations (GCE, SSCE, NECO or WASC) in not more than two sittings. Before you apply, ensure you have soft copies of the following documents.

  1. Passport photo;
  2. O’Level certificates;
  3. Identification document, e.g. National Identity Card, driver’s license, international passport, etc.;
  4. Birth certificate
  5. 2 reference letters from responsible members of your community

To understand the admission requirements for Master’s degree and Ph.D. degree programme in IBLT the following information will provide insight.

Post Graduate Business Education is increasingly becoming a requirement for managerial roles across Africa. Admission into our applied postgraduate business courses at IBLT is highly competitive.  Depending on your previous studies, our post graduate business school may or may not require you to write an entrance examination.

Postgraduate Diploma

Applicants with non-business/non-management degrees as well as HND holders and applicants with third-class grade bachelor degrees are admitted into our 1-year Postgraduate Diploma program.

To be eligible to study for a Master’s degree, you must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division). However, the school may consider candidates with Second Class lower degree from a recognized University. However, your CGPA must not be lower than 3.0 in relevant fields.

You must have at least five credits in your O’level, which must include Mathematics, English and other related subjects.

Master’s degree takes a minimum of 2 years (4 semesters) and a maximum of 4 years (8 semesters). Students who are able to conclude their seminars on time could conclude their Master’s degree program in 18 months (3 semesters).

To be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. degree programme, candidates must have obtained a Master’s degree from a recognized University approved by Senate.

The Institut Superieur Bilingue Libre du Togo will admit candidates form other universities into a one-year course work, and will examine the candidate before they can proceed to the Ph.D. degree programme. The same holds true for MPhil/Ph.D. grade.

Ph.D. grade is 60% or 3.5/5.0 or 5.0/7.0. We accommodate the percentage as well as the CGPA scales.

Our Ph.D. programme takes a minimum of 3 years (6 semesters) and a maximum of 5 years (10 semesters).

  • Full academic research proposal
  • Evidence of availability of funding for the duration of the course
  • Statement of proven ability to conduct research
